Terms of payment:
The hotel bill must be settled using an EC card or cash on the day of departure at the latest. Following receipt of the travel confirmation, you can transfer the outstanding sum into our bank account with the Salzburger Sparkasse: sort code: 20404, account no.: 0310 1040542. Arrival/Departure

We strive to have your room ready as early as possible. By no later than 2:00 PM, your room will be available for occupancy. We kindly ask you, dear guests, to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Would you like to make use of the departure day? You are welcome to store your luggage at the reception. Shower and changing facilities are available in the sauna area.
