For us, cooking is not an activity, but an attitude to life. And we prefer to live honestly, young and creatively. The products we use come from the region and we use what is in season. We refine our dishes with herbs from our garden - nature is and remains our favourite sous chef.

Most of the ingredients at the breakfast buffet are certified organic or regional. Sustainability is important for us.

Aromatic coffee is lovingly served or rather an organic tea , fresh bread from the Unkner bakery, butter, yoghurt and fresh milk, smoothie bar with fresh vegetables, local ham and bacon, cheese from the farmer, lots of fruit and vegetables, savoury and sweet and a variety of flakes and ingredients for your personal muesli or try our own mixed Bircher muesli.

Organic eggs, from the Perchthof in Unken, are freshly prepared.

Baking with tradition - home-baked cakes and strudel according to traditional recipes. Delicious ice cream sundaes - NEW: ORGANIC MILK ICE CREAM from the Scheiberei in Unken. Soups, various toasts.

In the evening, a multi-course menu (always one vegetarian option) served in a charming way. The freshly prepared vitality cuisine of our nature hotel supports a balanced diet and makes you feel good. Choose your favourite wine from our wine menu or you prefer some local beers or homemade lemonade.
